Tips on preventing the flu:

          * Avoid close contact with people who are ill.

          * Stay home if you are sick

          * Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing

          * Wash your hands with soap and water-this is your best line of defense against illness

          * Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth-germs are spread when a person touches a contaminated object and then    touches his/her eyes, nose, or mouth

          * Get plenty of sleep, follow a healthy diet, drink plenty of water

(8 glasses/ day), and manage stress levels.

Stay well, stay safe and have a healthy winter season.
